- Served as an expert witness in litigation proceedings in Norway
- Conducted IP due diligence in connection with the acquisitions of a Norwegian company and a Canadian company
- Acted as technical advisor to legal counsel in a Danish court case
- Served as an in-house patent consultant for a Danish growth company

- Conducted a large number of Freedom to Operate (FTO) analyses for a major Danish company
- Successfully handled an appeal before the European Patent Office on behalf of a Danish client

- Helped increase the value of a company in preparation for raising investment capital
- Prosecuted patent applications through to grant in Europe and the United States, as well as in growth markets including Brazil, Russia, China, and Mexico
