I find it highly motivating and inspiring to be part of the process from the birth of an idea to the grant of a patent for a finished product. I enjoy that the IP world offers the combination of a high level of structure in my everyday work and lots of variation. No two days are ever the same, and you are challenged and constantly evolving.
